Scarecrow Farm INC - EST. 2021

Small Farm, Big Ideas

During the growing season, our little farm produces a variety of fruits, veggies, flowers, and our primary focus - herbs!, all grown as organically as possible, with only organically rated pesticides. We do not use herbicides. Beyond our passion for plants, our goals we want to accomplish with Scarecrow Farm are:
- creating innovate items for magical farming and gardening experiences for individuals or small businesses
- growing connection in our community

In 2026, Scarecrow Farm will have a larger farm stand where you will find our passion waiting for you to taste. We will also be seeking others to fill our shelves with their passion(s) and provide a small community board to promote engagement opportunities!

Scarecrow Farm Offerings

Herbs (and SPices)

Nothing is as magical to us as fresh herbs - we are primarily a farm focused on herbs. We currently have over seven varities of Rosemary, one of our favorite herbs. We offer fresh herbs as well as dried herbs. Some offerings include: Basil, Sage, Saffron, Parsley, Cilantro, Rosemary, and Wormwood. We love making a variety of products from our herbs including: Herb Butters, Herb Salts, Tea, and Bath Tea and Salts.

Flowers (And Native Plants)

Our secondary focus on the farm is flowers and supporting pollinators. We grow some of the loveliest blooms according to our pollinators and beneficial insects. Flowers arrangements are available on request, pick up arranged. Availability depends on what is growing, flowering, and thriving. We grow all our flowers as organically as possible - only using Castille soap, HP, and Baking Soda - even our roses that have their petals dried for our bath teas!

Produce (Small Batch)

While 'farm' generally makes you think produce, we only grow produce in small batches due to the market and limited shelf life. That said, our produce is fresh and flavor-filled, as well as organically grown. Produce is available for those local to Oxford, GA via farmstand pickup. We have established blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries for summer. Other produce varies, we enjoy Sweet Potatoes, Peppers, Garlic, and Cold Crops. We gladly take requests!

Organically Fed Hen Eggs

Our small flock of 12 hens are supplemented with ONLY organic feed. The ladies have a predator-protected dedicated run AND tunnels! full of greens that they forage in daily year-round. Additionally, the ladies get treated with plants and herbs growing on our farm, as well as meal worms. The eggs are NOT fertilized as we have no rooster. We gladly provide unwashed (bloom in tact) or washed/refridgerated eggs depending on your preference.

3D Printing/Innovation

Over this growing season, we'll be creating and experimenting with things like 3D prints on the farm to figure out what works and what needs improvement. If you have ideas/needs/products, contact us! We aim to make growing as enjoyable as possible to encourage our community to provide for each other.

Misc

We have a LOT of creativity, and we love to play. To this end, we aren't limiting ourselves to what grows in the ground. From digital assets to felted ornaments to dried herb wreaths to organic fabric aprons, we will sell just about anything

In 2026, Scarecrow Farm will have a larger farm stand where you will find our passion waiting for you to taste. We will also be seeking others to fill our shelves with their passion(s) and provide a small community board to promote engagement opportunities!
